(NYSE NYSE See: New York Stock Exchange :EL) announced today that Sara E. Moss will join the Company as Senior Vice President, effective September 8, 2003. Ms. Moss will be an Executive Officer of the Company and will assume the posts of General Counsel and Secretary. She succeeds Paul Konney, who is leaving the Company to return to private practice.
