Hazel Harrison Hazel Harrison (May 12 1883-April 29 1969) was an American pianist, known as the premiere black pianist of her time.

Harrison was born in La Porte, Indiana, and spent most of her childhood home schooled. In her 20s Harrison went to Europe for employment and education.

Acrylic paints have been available to artists for many decades, but this versatile material is still the newest of the painting media.
