In addition, 6,103 SF of space were renewed by existing tenants. Among those tenants are DMAS DMAS - Data Management and Analysis Subcommittee DMAS - Department of Medical Assistance Services (Virginia) DMAS - Digital Modular Avionics System DMAS - Digital Multiplexed Audio System DMAS - Distributed Management Accounting System DMAS - Distributed Multi-Agent System DMAS - Dyna-Metric Microcomputer Analysis System Realty Corp, signing a lease for 2,779 SF, Express Travel Services for 1,426 SF, Crystaline Cosmetics USA INC, for 1,217 SF, Business Instruments Corp./ Metro Escrime Corp. for 1,044 SF, and Meljon Bro-kerage Corp. for 969 SF. Thomas P. Sullivan and Simon Hodges of Helmsley-Spear, Inc. represented the Empire State Building in all negotiations. Current tenants renewing leases are Sales Exchange, Inc., Summa Capital Corp. and Research & Communication, Inc. |
