The Empire State Building.


The Empire State Building's occupancy increased as seven new leases, totaling 9,062 SF, were signed during July. In addition, 6,103 SF of space were renewed by existing tenants.

Among those tenants are DMAS DMAS Department of Medical Assistance Services (Virginia)
DMAS Data Management and Analysis Subcommittee
DMAS Dyna-Metric Microcomputer Analysis System
DMAS Digital Modular Avionics System
DMAS Distributed Multi-Agent System
