Materials Technology Center (EMTEC EMTEC European Multimedia Technologies (formerly BASF Magnetics; as of 2002) ), Dayton, Ohio Dayton is a city in southwestern Ohio, United States. It is the county seat and largest city of Montgomery County. As of the 2005 census estimate, the population of Dayton was 158,873. , received a grant from the Ohio Dept. of Development to build a database of state companies that can supply fuel cell materials and components.
