The premier issue was bound into the Nov. 10 issue of The Deal. Future issues will be polybagged with The Deal and sent to 8500 qualified executives, including executives at Fortune 1000 companies. The company said the title "explores strategy and best practices" in corporate dealmaking and is designed to offer information on capital markets, corporate strategy, risk management, post-merger integration, legal and governance matters, human resources The fancy word for "people."
