The Constitutional Walking Tour Announces the Inaugural Season of Guided Walking Tours of Historic Philadelphia; Frequent Daily Departures Throughout the Summer from the Independence Visitor Center.


PHILADELPHIA -- The Constitutional Walking Tour of Philadelphia today announced the launch of daily guided walking tours of historic Philadelphia during the summer season. Beginning on June 3, 2005, visitors to Philadelphia will be able to follow in the Founding Fathers' footsteps with The Constitutional Guided Walking Tour, an escorted journey through America's most historic square mile. Visitors can step back in time to see where The Declaration of Independence and The Constitution of the United States Constitution of the United States, document embodying the fundamental principles upon which the American republic is conducted. Drawn up at the Constitutional Convention in Philadelphia in 1787, the Constitution was signed on Sept.  were created.
