The Conrad N. Hilton Foundation.

The Conrad N. Hilton Foundation has pledged to improve housing, health and development services for homeless and at-risk children by enhancing services and integrating systems in Los Angeles and Minneapolis. With matching funds from participating programs, the total investment will be $11.2 million. The initiative will begin in both cities with local collaborations from housing, homelessness and child development and welfare agencies. Successful strategies used in the pilot program will be shared to improve services nationally.
