The Club is going to keep backing candidates in primaries and in general elections. But now it will be under the leadership of Pat Toomey Patrick Joseph "Pat" Toomey (born November 17, 1961 in Providence, Rhode Island) is a United States politician. He was a Republican member of the U.S. House of Representatives from Pennsylvania, representing Pennsylvania's 15th congressional district from 1999 to January 2005. , the former Republican congressman who ran against Arlen Specter Arlen "Phil" Specter (born February 12 1930) is a United States Senator from Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Republican Party, and was first elected in 1980. Biography
