Doris Duke (November 22, 1912 – October 28, 1993) was an American heiress and philanthropist.
 Charitable Foundation, the largest grant the center has received since it opened in 2001. The grant, part of the Leading College and University Presenters Program, provides artistic programming and endowment support over a three-year period. UM Arts Center was one of three grantees.
