The Central Illinois Rubber & Plastics Group, the Chicago Rubber Group and the Wisconsin Rubber Group announced that their boards of directors have decided to go forward and consider merging into one rubber group.


The Central Illinois Rubber & Plastics Group, the Chicago Rubber Group and the Wisconsin Rubber Group announced that their boards of directors have decided to go forward and consider merging into one rubber group. Each rubber group membership will vote via sunset rules to dissolve itself. At the same time, each rubber group will vote via merger rules to form the new rubber group. A timetable will be developed in coordination with the Rubber Division, American Chemical Society The American Chemical Society (ACS) is a learned society (professional association) based in the United States that supports scientific inquiry in the field of chemistry.
