The Center for Naval Aviation Technical Training. (Scan Pattern).The Navy's Revolution in Training has come to the aviation technical community in the form of the Center for Naval Aviation Technical Training (CNATT CNATT Center for Naval Aviation Technical Training ). The center stood up at Naval Technical Training Center, Pensacola, Fla., on 6 September 2002. CNATT Commanding Officer Capt. Thomas Keely said, "With aviation technology changing so rapidly, it is critical that Navy training be responsive to those changes and integrate them into our curriculum, labs and classrooms. Our center will take advantage of what is going on in the private sector and our aviation technicians will be continually current in their ratings. Our Sailors will also be able to translate their Navy training into professional certifications."
