The Business Information division of Access Intelligence LLC (Potomac, MD) has acquired the LDC Forum Series natural gas conferences from Interchange Energy Group, Inc. (Minneapolis, MN). No terms were given. Access Intelligence said the deal expands its portfolio into the natural gas market, along with "The Energy Daily" newsletter. "The Energy Daily" was acquired by Access Intelligence from King Publishing Group (Washington, D.C.) in May of this year. The LDC Forum Series comprises four regional conferences held annually in Atlanta, Boston, Chicago and Los Angeles. Each conference is attended by over 500 industry professionals and covers issues affecting all aspects of the natural gas marketplace, including supply sources, storage, infrastructure projects, LNG opportunities, hedge fund analysis and supply constraints.
