Aquino, managing director, along with leasing consultant, Jason Pacilli, of Garrick-Aug Worldwide, Ltd. represented the landlord in leasing. 334 Eighth Ave., between 26th and 27th Streets, in Chelsea, to The Brown Cup as their American flagship cafe. The lease term is 10 years for approximately 3,000 SF.
