The Brown Cup moves to 8th Ave. (Retail New York).


The leasing team of Faith Hope Consolo, vice chairman, and Joseph A. Aquino, managing director, along with leasing consultant, Jason Pacilli, of Garrick-Aug Worldwide, Ltd. represented the landlord in leasing. 334 Eighth Ave., between 26th and 27th Streets, in Chelsea, to The Brown Cup as their American flagship cafe. The lease term is 10 years for approximately 3,000 SF.
