Originally conceived as a defence against nuclear-armed ICBMs, its application has broadened to include shorter-ranged National Team (MDNT MDNT Missile Defense National Team ). This Agreement will be awarded using FY 02 RDT&E funds. The work under this initial effort is expected to be completed June 2002.
