Transportation equipment and concrete are among the city's manufactures. U.S. naval stations are nearby. , Calif., is being awarded a $7,711,464 firm-fixed-price, cost-plus-fixed-fee, cost plus award fee contract modification to provide for monitor and track the GPS satellite includes: a) contractor development support, b) sustainment CLS (Common Language Specification) The structure and syntax of .NET and CLI programming languages. See .NET. , c) level 2 software maintenance, d) depot hardware maintenance, and e) sustainment engineering support. These tasks are all accomplished under a level of effort type arrangement with priced hourly rates. Accordingly, the contract action is to purchase additional hours in order for the contractor to continue the necessary tasks without interruption.
