The Boeing Co., Anaheim, Calif., is being awarded a $273,200,000 cost-plus award-fee contract to provide for a Family of Advanced Beyond-Line-of-Sight Terminal (FAB-T FAB-T Family of Advanced Beyond-Line-of-Sight Terminals ) program that will use an evolutionary acquisitions strategy and a spiral development process to develop a family of terminal with an open architecture that can satisfy the satellite communications terminal Terminus of a communications circuit at which data can be either entered or received; located with the originator or ultimate addressee.
