Keith's performance meshes well with the story; each of the many characters' voices rings true and is distinct enough to recognize throughout the recording. Keith manages to bring both the excitement and drama of battle and the warmth of young love to life without overdoing either. It does take some listening to figure out who is who and what is going on. but in the end the listener is rewarded for his/her patience.
