 Monitor, an independent research series providing in-depth coverage of Boston Properties Boston Properties, Inc. (NYSE: BXP) is a self-managed real estate investment trust (REIT) based in Boston, Massachusetts. Its primary focus is "Class A" office space which it acquires, develops, and manages in the major markets of Boston, New York City, Washington, D.C. , Inc., made its debut last week.

The service, developed and distributed by Local 32BJ of the Service Employees International Union, provides shareholders and analysts with details about select Boston Properties' projects and corporate transactions.

The premier issue of The BXP Monitor highlights above-market availability rates and major lease expirations plaguing the company's New Jersey portfolio. Unlike many REITs, Boston Properties does not provide investors with specific details about sublease sublease n. the lease of all or a portion of premises by a tenant who has leased the premises from the owner.
