1. Define an integrated vision and culture that embodies the brand values and position as part of the overall business model.

2. Give shape to these values by listening to all of the company's stakeholders Stakeholders

7. Communicate strategy intensively both internally and externally, to make clear to the market the value of an organization with a high degree of employee engagement.
