ABLI president Mitchell Rechler and CIBS president Jeffrey Schwartzberg presented the award to Stratigos at a black-tie dinner at Carlyle on the Green in Bethpage State Park.

The award recognized Stratigos' work in arranging a 145,000 s/f lease that brought Little Neck, N.Y.-based Leviton Manufacturing to the former One Beacon Building at 201 N. Service Road in Melville. The building is owned by Steel Equities. The deal required relocating all of the building's then tenants.

Stratigos previously won the award in 1988 and 1993.
