The American Red Cross, Pasadena Fire Department, LA County Fire Department, California Highway Patrol and Safe Kids LA Will Provide Safety Tips for the Memorial Day Holiday Weekend.

        The American Red Cross and the Pasadena Fire Department will
        host a joint news conference with experts who will provide
        life-saving tips for the 2007 Memorial Day holiday weekend
        including: water safety, preventing drunk driving; brush
        clearance for hillside residents (wildfire safety); first aid
        for burn victims; and what law enforcement officials are
        planning to ensure Southland streets and highways safe as the
        unofficial start of summer kicks off.
