Our cover story, "Highly Evolved," examines how insurers are creating digital entertainment to grab a competitive edge. Insurers are fusing In electrophotography, making the toner adhere permanently to the paper. Heat fusing melts the toner, which is pressed into the paper. Cold fusing presses the toner into the paper without applying any heat. Flash fusing melts the toner with light, and no heat or pressure is used.  marketing and entertainment to grab consumers' attention to build customer relationships. Any way that's effective in having consumers engage rather than observe is a good approach, said Elizabeth Glagowski, managing editor of E-Publications for 1 to 1 Media, in an e-mail interview.
