Thanks for support; Mailbag.ON BEHALF of the Rowley Hill Street Party event for the Queen's Diamond Jubilee Noun 1. diamond jubilee - an anniversary celebrating the passage of 60 yearsjubilee - a special anniversary (or the celebration of it) , on behalf of the event organisers we would like to thank everyone for the support given us in relation to or recent community fundraising event. Although the weather has recently been mixed, on the day itself we were fortunate to have a day of sunshine which brought the community out in large numbers to join in the celebration. We would like to inform you we have raised approximately pounds 1,950. We are currently in the process of arranging to present funds to the Forget Me Not Children's Hospice A children's hospice is a hospice specifically designed to help children who will not live to reach adulthood with the emotional and physical challenges they face, and also to provide respite care for their families. .
