Thanks, Auntie Frieda[ETH].

In a world where we are always ready to air our complaints in public than we are to share our positive experiences, I feel compelled to compliment Frieda from Saar Kennels for her excellent service and genuine care for my pets whilst they were in her charge.

Without going into details, my three dogs (all of whom I love dearly) managed to acquire some extra friends, more than I could happily accommodate.

"Front Line" was only the first step, extra measures were also required involving Pest Control Services.

As the animals could not remain in the house whilst the toxic chemicals were being used, I rang Frieda to enquire about leaving the dogs with her for a day.

I have never used her services before but have heard her name bandied about before by other dog owners as "Auntie Frieda".

She was extremely kind and helpful on the phone, advising me of a reputable pest control firm, praising my mixed breed mongrel dogs as "pure breed Bahraini" and reassuring me when I was genuinely upset at having a parasitical invasion of my home.

When the dogs reached the kennels for the day, they were greeted with sincere affection by the staff. I also have a dog from the BSPCA which they handled extremely gently and with loving care. On our departure, Frieda gave each dog a raw hide bone, for which she refused to accept any money, and I feel that she provided a service that went far beyond my expectations and for which I would like to praise her accordingly.

Thank you Frieda, my dogs are looking forward to visiting you again sometime!

Vanessa
