Textron Inc., one of the world's largest multi-industry companies, with brands that include Bell Helicopter Bell Helicopter Textron is an American helicopter and tiltrotor manufacturer headquartered in Fort Worth, Texas. A division of Textron, Bell manufactures military helicopter and tiltrotor products in the United States (primarily in and around Fort Worth as well as in Amarillo, , Cessna Aircraft and Kautex, has selected CB Richard Ellis CB Richard Ellis Group, Inc. NYSE: CBG is a multinational real estate corporation currently based in Los Angeles, California, U.S.A.. On December 20, 2006, the corporation, also known as CBRE, completed acquisition of Trammell Crow Co. in a transaction valued at $2.  as a preferred commercial real estate provider.

CBRE Coldwell Banker Richard Ellis (Boston, MA) 
 will provide a wide range of services for Textron's 39 million-square foot portfolio, solidifying CBRE's existing relationship with Textron, which began four years ago. George Relyea will head the CBRE team that will provide Textron with facilities and transaction management, consulting, lease administration, and project management. Property types include plants, warehouses, and offices.
