Texas Governor scrutinizes top homeowners insurers. (Briefing).

Texas Gov. Rick Perry said he is asking the state's attorney general to investigate how the state's three largest homeowners insurance companies--State Farm, Farmers Group and Allstate--are marketing their policies.

Perry is concerned that the insurers aren't informing consumers about the differences between the HO-B policies, which offer comprehensive coverage, and the HO-A policies, which offer no coverage for water claims.
