Testimonial dinner for National Commander Sursely is February 26.


DAV See WebDAV.  National Commander James E. Sursely will be honored at a testimonial dinner on Saturday, Feb. 26, at the Hilton Orlando/Altamonte Springs Hotel in Almonte Springs. Fla.

The event begins with a social hour from 6 to 7 p.m., followed by dinner. Though not available as of this writing, the dinner menu may be obtained by calling DAV Department of Florida Adjutant ADJUTANT. A military officer, attached to every battalion of a regiment. It is his duty to superintend, under his superiors, all matters relating to the ordinary routine of discipline in the regiment.  Al Linden Linden, city, United States

 at (352) 466-4084. Cost for the testimonial dinner is $35 and should be made by check payable to DAV Department of Florida and mailed to National Commander's Testimonial, Box 999, Micanopy, FL 32667 no later than Feb. 10.

Special lodging Lodging or holiday accommodation is a type of accommodation. People who travel and stay away from home for more than a day need lodging mainly for sleeping. Other purposes are safety, shelter from cold and rain, having a place to store luggage and being able to take a  accommodations have been arranged with the Hilton Orlando/Altamonte Springs Hotel located at 350 South North Lake Blvd., Altamonte Springs Al·ta·monte Springs

Be sure to mention you are registering for the DAV. The regional airport is Orlando International, approximately 45 minutes from the hotel. A shuttle service is available between the airport and hotel at a rate of $39 one way. Taxi and rental transportation are also available for a fee.
