The groan-inducing mistake-filled greeting took place at Club Floss where Kennedy had spotted Williams. While going in for a fist-bump to fist-pound combination along with strictly-hetero back pat, Kennedy misjudged his timing and wound up kind of slapping around Williams' hand.
