Terrorists bomb fear at oil plant.

THE massive oil refinery at Grangemouth was at the centre of a terrorist bomb scare last night.

A bomb disposal unit and police rushed to the BP plant after a suspicious package was found.

One local said: 'There were police and bomb disposal people all over the place. The road was closed off and given the present climate and the fact that Grangemouth could be a terrorist target, everyone here is on edge.'

Last night a Central Scotland Police spokesman said: 'We can confirm that we are attending an ongoing incident and the bomb disposal unit were in attendance.'
