TeraGlobal Names Fred McGee as Chief Financial Officer.

TeraGlobal Communications Corp. (OTCBB:TGCC), the first company with a true convergence solution for voice, video and data, has named Frederick C. McGee as Chief Financial Officer of the Company.

Mr. McGee was Chief Financial Officer at DAOU Systems, Inc. in San Diego, California, a growing healthcare information technology services company with 1999 revenues in excess of $100 million. During his tenure, he oversaw the company's IPO, a secondary public offering and a private placement, along with six acquisitions. Prior to working with DAOU Systems, he was Chief Financial Officer at Infrasonics, Inc., and in senior management positions at several other wholesale, retail and manufacturing companies.
