Tensilica to Discuss the ''Next Generation Audio Engine'' at HOT CHIPS Conference.

Who:   Tensilica(R), Inc. will present at the 17th Annual HOT CHIPS
          conference. Robert Kennedy, senior software engineering
          manager at Tensilica, will discuss the "Next Generation
          Audio Engine" during a session on Media Processors.

   What:  HOT CHIPS has been known as one of the semiconductor
          industry's leading conferences on high-performance
          microprocessors and related integrated circuits.
