Tenants welcomed to Princeton Village.

Coming on the heels of its recent acquisition of Princeton Forrestal Village in Princeton, New Jersey, The Gale Company reports several new leases and renewals have been signed at the 500,000 square foot office and retail complex.

The Gale Company has embarked on a major repositioning and reinvestment program at Princeton Forrestal Village, which has already generated significant activity from retailers and professional services companies at the world-class, mixed-use complex.

At Princeton Forrestal Village, new leases were recently signed on behalf of Apple Spice Junction, a unique deli, bakery and caterer; and Princeton Dance & Theater Studio. Tenants renewing their leases include The Perfect Gift, Dansk, and Monday Morning Flower and Balloon Company, which has also expanded its space.

The Gale Company, the exclusive management, development and leasing agent of Princeton Forrestal Village since 1991, is repositioning 112,000 s/f of previously developed retail space into space which can accommodate a myriad of user groups. The Gale Company will target such user groups as medical, professional, personal service and restaurants, as well as retail.
