Tenants renew leases.


Several tenants have recently renewed their office leases, totaling 29,000 square feet, at 655 Third Avenue.

Law firm Traub, Bonacquist & Fox LLP LLP - Lower Layer Protocol  extended its lease and expanded to 8,961 square feet of office space. Vincent Terranova of Bernstein Real Estate represented the tenant.

The Scandinavian Tourist Board The Scandinavian Tourist Board (STB) is a joint initiative by the national tourist boards of Denmark, Norway, and Sweden. STB is responsible for promoting Scandinavia and Scandinavian tourism products in Asia-Pacific with particular emphasis on the major markets of Japan and China. , which has occupied space at 655 Third Avenue for ten years, has renewed its lease for 7,852 square feet. Douglas Grabiner of Newmark & Company Real Estate, Inc. and Michael Liss of Trammel Crow Company represented the tenant.
