Tenant takes full floor at 470 Park Ave. South.

Owner S L Green Real Estate has announced that Cowles Business Media Inc. has signed a long-term lease for the entire 9,735-square-foot seventh floor at 470 Park Avenue South.

Earlier this year, S L Green successfully leased four full floors at the building to four different companies within weeks after the space was vacated by financially distressed tenants.

The building's newest addition, Cowles Business Media, a subsidiary of Minneapolis-based Cowles Media Company, publishes a variety of trade publications targeted at the advertising and marketing industries, including Inside Media. Its parent company is a major national publisher of daily newspapers and magazines.

A. Mitti Liebersohn and L. Scott Rosentein of Riverbank Realty Company brokered the long-term leasing transaction. Richard Farley, executive vice president of S L Green Real Estate, represented the building.

Located between 31st and 32nd Streets, the 18-story, 250,000-square-foot office tower at 470 Park Avenue South features a recently modernized lobby, entranceway, windows and elevator cabs.
