The timing for TSC's entry into the New York real estate market was based on the philosophy that has carried the firm to global growth: "Finding the ideal combination of talent that shares our no-conflict, tenant representation only approach to client service," said Staubach.

TSC, which has been planning a New York office to service a growing international clientele and fulfill corporate expansion plans, exclusively represents users of space, thereby avoiding the possible agency/tenant conflict of interest.

"Patrick, Peter and Gregg not only share this approach, they have demonstrated how it ultimately delivers outstanding results in New York, the nation's toughest marketplace," said Staubach, whose firm conducted an extensive search to find the right New York area partners. "We were drawn to their dedication to this approach, which they have combined with strong personal character and exceptional professional qualifications."

The firm, will distinguish itself in the New York marketplace, as it has throughout the nation, Staubach said, by its "Performance Guarantee" of service in which compensation is based on the client's satisfaction with TSC's performance.

Paul Weaver, vice chairman of Price Waterhouse L.L.P., headquartered in New York, said "The professional approach to client service that Roger and his team have demonstrated so successfully is certain to make them a welcome addition to the New York real estate scene."
