Impressions on Hold. the leader in the on-hold industry, has signed a 1,972 s/f lease for five years at 200 [W.sub.+] 57th St. Christine Kevan, of Kaufman/Adler Realty, a division of the Kaufman organization, negotiated the deal for the tenant, which had outgrown its former space near Grand Central Station.

Landlord Trump Group, Ltd. will pre-build the space, which will be used for sales and administration. Although the terms of the lease were undisclosed, asking Price for the space was $45 a s/f. Mark Todes, of Trump Group, Ltd., represented the landlord.
