Tenant expands at 800 Second.


After an extensive one year search for new offices, the Government of Barbados has decided there's no place like home.

Headquartered for the past 20 years at 800 Second Avenue, Barbados has just renewed and expanded its lease at the 18-story, 280,000-square-foot tower owned by a joint venture headed by S.L. Green Real Estate. It will soon occupy the entire 17,500-squarefoot second floor of the building. The expanded space will house its consular con·sul
