 will seem familiar to you. The object is to make all of the equations work out correctly. Students accomplish this by moving the numbers around until each number sentence is true. This involves a great deal of mental math in all four operations: addition, subtraction subtraction, fundamental operation of arithmetic; the inverse of addition. Teacher Tip: This is a good program to use after you have explained equations using concrete examples. The program is a creative supplement to illustrating the equations to students.
