Temperature control units increase manufacturing quality and profitability.

Temperature control units for water up to 200[degrees]F or thermal oil up to 300[degrees]F are described in this 24-page, four-color brochure. These units provide temperature control of injection molds, extruders, rollers and storage tanks. Advantages are said to include minimal reject rates beginning at production startup; better cavity filling behavior; close or tight tolerances; minimum warping warp

The missing inventory could be due to theft, damage, or book keeping errors.
; and better surface finish of the parts.

Pressurized-water temperature control units up to 320[degrees]F are also highlighted in the literature. These units provide temperature control of plastic injection molds, die-casting dies, rollers, extruders, mixers, vessels and more. Good heat transfer is said to have a direct effect on the output of the production plant.

Also featured in the brochure are temperature control units for thermal oil up to 660[degrees]F. These provide temperature control of die-casting dies, extruders, rollers, storage tanks, mixers, vessels and more. In the production of die-castings, the company's temperature control units can reduce reject rates up to 80%, and can make the die last up to three times longer, and reduce heat-up time by as much as 30%, according to according to

The company's RT50 control system is said to ensure an optimal fit for practically every application. The RT32 controller is said to be a simple, cost-effective solution for a wide variety of applications. Controllers are designed to avoid problems before they arise.

With the REG descaling unit for water systems, descaling agent A descaling agent, also known as descaling, anti-limestone, anti-limescale, anti-lime, or anti-scale, is a solution to remove limescale, e.g. from water taps, kettles, toilets and water pipes.  REM (REMarks) A programming language statement used for documentation. Rem statements are not executed by the compiler. They are created for people to read. Rem is also used in DOS batch files for comments as well as for disabling instructions. 93, corrosion inhibitor A corrosion inhibitor is a chemical compound that, when added in small concentration, stops or slows down corrosion of metals and alloys.

A typical good corrosion inhibitor will give 95% inhibition at concentration of 80 ppm, and 90% at 40 ppm.
