The mills have a combined capacity of 160 million board feet per year and the timber cutting rights will entitle Malette to cut up to 634,000 cubic meters per year. The transaction expected to close in April, 1996. Malette is an integrated forest products company which is engaged in the production of lumber, bleached kraft pulp and oriented structural board (OSB OSB abbr.
