:WRLS WRLS Winding Rivers Library System (La Crosse, WI) ):
WHO: Telular Corporation (NASDAQ: WRLS), global leader in the fixed
        cellular telecommunications industry

WHAT: Fixed cellular products that enable standard telephones,
faxes, computer modems or security alarm systems to operate
wirelessly over cellular networks for either primary or backup
        communications

WHEN: Monday, March 14, 2005 - 10:30 AM - 5:00 PM
        Tuesday, March 15, 2005 - 10:30 AM - 5:00 PM
        Wednesday, March 16, 2005 - 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM

WHY: Highly attractive calling plans and number portability are
prompting more consumers to ditch their landline phone service
for wireless. Analysis from Mediamark Research Inc. in
September 2004 showed 8.1% of U.S. households have now cut the
cord. Most people, however, do not want to lose the features
of their traditional home phone service when making the move
to wireless. Fixed cellular allows consumers to continue using
all of their existing phone equipment - including
speakerphones, cordless phones, fax machines, PC modems,
digital video recorders, and alarm systems - over the cellular
networks. Users can keep their equipment, save money, and
benefit from the convenience of managing one phone bill.
Meanwhile, wireless carriers can use fixed cellular to
increase their average revenue per user (ARPU)!
