Music Group (OTC BB: RECD RECD Received RECD Real-Ear-to-Coupler Difference (audiology) RECD Real Estate and Construction Division (IBM) .ob) and Teltran International, Teltran has been awarded an additional 800,000 shares of Antra Music Group common stock. The award was made as a result of a disparity in the share price of the two companies as of year-end 1999. Based upon the closing price on January 21, 2000, the shares are valued at approximately three million dollars. Teltran and Antra are joint-venture partners in RecordsToGo.com, an online music site that is currently in the beta testing stage. The site is expected to go live on February 15, 2000.
