Telstra to Provide Voice Over IP Service; Selects Clarent As Key Supplier To Enhance International Wholesale Offering.


SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 13, 1999--

Telstra will introduce a Voice over Internet Protocol See Internet and TCP/IP.
