Telrex releases Accelerator advanced ACD.


Telrex, a developer of workplace recording and monitoring software, has announced the release of Accelerator accelerator: see particle accelerator.


(1) A key combination such as Alt-G or Ctrl-Shift H that is used to activate a task.

Accelerator includes call routing and queuing The process of lining up events in the order you want them processed. Whether it refers to packets in an IP network that search for the most optimal path to their destination, or telephone callers sitting in a "hold queue" waiting to be answered, queuing means the same thing: deciding on  capabilities, flexible hunt groups, multilevel mul·ti·lev·el
