Seasoned Industry Leaders to Help Guide Growing IT Solutions and Services Provider

ASHBURN, Va. -- Telos[R] Corporation announced today the appointment of Bernard Bailey and Bill Dvoranchik to the company's board of directors. Bailey is the former president and CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Typically the president of the company, the CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board.  of Viisage Technology, Inc., and Dvoranchik is the retired president and CEO of the federal government unit of Electronic Data Systems Corporation.

Bailey and Dvoranchik are the two most recently appointed members of the Telos board, which now is comprised of John B. Wood (Telos Corporation chairman and CEO), Bernard Bailey, David Borland, Bill Dvoranchik, Lt. Gen. Bruce Harris Bruce Harris (born 1955 in Scotland, United Kingdom) is the disgraced former executive director of Casa Alianza, from 1989 to September 2004. He was dismissed from this post after admitting he had paid a young adult male, who had earlier been in the care of Casa Alianza, for sex.  (USA, Ret.), Lt. Gen. Charles S.
