Telos Appoints Lisa Kimball as Director of DMDC Operations.


Former Nortel Director Adds Program Management Expertise to Telos' Identity Management Operations

ASHBURN, Va. -- Lisa Kimball, former director of managed services for Nortel Government Solutions, has joined Telos Corporation as director of Defense Manpower Data Center The Defense Manpower Data Center (DMDC) serves under the Office of the Secretary of Defense to collate personnel, manpower, training, financial, and other data for the Department of Defense.  (DMDC) operations. In her new position, Kimball will provide oversight for all DMDC program tasks from forecasting to delivery and will ensure clear communication with Telos customers at all times.

Kimball will apply her expertise to ongoing projects focused on identity management, including the Real-Time Automated Personnel Reporting System (RAPIDS), enabling production of DoD Common Access Cards and the Defense Biometric Identification System (DBIDS). She will also aid in the support of the Noncombatant Evacuation Operations Operations directed by the Department of State, the Department of Defense, or other appropriate authority whereby noncombatants are evacuated from foreign countries when their lives are endangered by war, civil unrest, or natural disaster to safe havens or to the United States.  (NEO) Tracking System (NTS) and the Automated Repatriation Reporting System (ARRS ARRS American Roentgen Ray Society. ) program.
