TeliaSonera: TeliaSonera's Web Communications Rank High Among The Biggest Companies In Europe.

STOCKHOLM, Sweden -- TeliaSonera takes the third place in web ranking in Sweden and the sixth place in Europe in a survey published this week.

PR agency Hallvarsson & Halvarson performs an annual web ranking based on the information that selected analysts, investors and financial journalists search for when 124 different criteria are considered.

TeliaSonera takes the sixth place among the 165 biggest companies in Europe and is the best Swedish company on the list (tenth in 2005). This is the third time that teliasonera.com receives honours within the past few months. In a web ranking published in October, TeliaSonera was placed third among 100 Swedish companies (seventh in 2005).

"We are very happy to see that our efforts to continuously improve the company's web site have yielded good results. There is a clear improvement to be seen in practically all the categories that are important to the target group. One of our priorities, for example, is to provide relevant IR information for the capital market," says Anna Augustson, Acting Head of TeliaSonera's Corporate Communications.
