The intelligent Contact Centre application from TeleWare, a provider of intelligent business communication solutions, is now available as a hosted service to businesses.

The application provides a service-based hosted contact centre which can operate over a wide area and provide intelligent call routing and call statistics to the appropriate team member. TeleWare said the service integrates into and across IP Telephony Systems, mobile phones, Private Branch Exchanges (PBX (Private Branch eXchange) An inhouse telephone switching system that interconnects telephone extensions to each other as well as to the outside telephone network (PSTN). ), PSTN (Public Switched Telephone Network) The worldwide voice telephone network. Once only an analog system, the heart of most telephone networks today is all digital. In the U.S.  (for home workers and small offices) and Virtual Private Networks (VPN).

It eliminates the need for a CAPEX investment in order for geographically dispersed groups to function as a single contact centre. TeleWare said that the flexibility of the hosted application meets the needs of a virtual contact centre by enabling capacity uplift, emergency deployment and fast application changes. In addition, its intelligent Contact Centre service can be incorporated with hosted Interactive Voice Response (IVR) services such as Voice Activated Directory and Text to Speech capabilities and auto attendant routines.
