Telephony@Work launches CallCenter@nyWhere Version 5.0. (New products).

Telephony@Work, a vendor of carrier-class contact center technology, has announced the launch of version 5.0 of its CallCenter@nywhere platform, a carrier-class contact center solution for hosted services, outsourcers and enterprise contact centers. CallCenter@nywhere 5.0 includes wireless interfaces for both Palm and Pocket PC-based PDAs delivered on an architecture suitable for carrier deployment, "architectural extensions" that provide carrier-class reliability for third-party Web servers and e-mail servers deployed by CallCenter@nywhere-powered contact centers, time-zone-sensitive browser-based user interfaces and reports for geographically distributed virtual contact centers and hosted services deployments, productized customer priority routing with the ability to identify and prioritize premium customers in queue without the need for custom programming services, and the addition of network-based predictive dialing to the host-partitioned Service Provider Edition of the platform. Enhancements to the plat form's administration interface extend CallCenter@nywhere's ability to empower service providers to deploy and customize multichannel campaigns and routing algorithms at no cost through productized menu selections in a browser-based interface -- without custom programming services or sacrifice of customization or capabilities.
