The boat's coxswain will have the additional capability to communicate to land based stations, operational commanders, other boats, ships and aircraft that may be encountered in the performance of assigned missions. Telephonics is supplying a modified version of its TruLink Wireless Intercommunication System currently in use by commercial and military customers. The modified version of TruLink is repackaged to survive the harsh maritime environment The oceans, seas, bays, estuaries, islands, coastal areas, and the airspace above these, including the littorals.
